(1) If the owner of the goods related to the offense punishable under this Act is not found, the investigating officer shall issue a public notice giving a period of thirty-five days to claim the goods seized.
(2) If the right is not claimed within the time limit as per sub-section (1) or if the right is not claimed due to lack of sufficient evidence, such goods shall be considered as non-inherited goods belonging to the Government of Nepal.
